As Health Experts with over 23 years of experience as wellness educators, we bring you expert insights on perimenopause and menopause, along with the latest evidence-based scientific research.
Our goals are to help you navigate this time in your life, empower you to take charge of your health, and arm you with the resources and education to make the right decisions for yourself and your changing body.
Our name was inspired by the symbolism of butterflies, which represent beauty, transformation, and hope. Morphus combines the words "metamorphosis" + "us" (Morph/us) to represent the transformation we are all going through.

- Common Symptoms: The top five symptoms reported include fatigue, brain fog, sleep issues, memory loss, and anxiety. Women experience 31 symptoms on average, with 90% reporting at least 13.
- Sleep Challenges: Sleep issues are prevalent, with 61% waking up at night due to various factors such as anxiety and night sweats. Andrea emphasizes the importance of sleep hygiene and suggests strategies like maintaining a consistent bedtime and creating a conducive sleep environment.
- Managing Stress: The episode discusses how 66% of women feel more stressed during menopause. Effective stress management techniques include watching comedies, doing deep breathing exercises, and exercising.
- Doctor's Visits: The survey on doctor visits revealed that many women feel dismissed regarding their symptoms. She encourages listeners to advocate for themselves and seek comprehensive care.
