Ep #115: Groundbreaking Research: Solo episode

- Common Symptoms: The top five symptoms reported include fatigue, brain fog, sleep issues, memory loss, and anxiety. Women experience 31 symptoms on average, with 90% reporting at least 13.
- Sleep Challenges: Sleep issues are prevalent, with 61% waking up at night due to various factors such as anxiety and night sweats. Andrea emphasizes the importance of sleep hygiene and suggests strategies like maintaining a consistent bedtime and creating a conducive sleep environment.
